What You Thought Happiness Might Come From

Get some goals. Ideally, find something more important than you are and dedicate your life to it.
Goals Plan B: Decide how you want to feel and identify achieveable steps to create conditions in your life (objectives) that will make you feel that way.
Plan your path. Create collections of tasks and dates (projects) which achieve those objectives
Complete the projects: manage your time, prioritize your tasks, complete the steps.
Assess the results. Did you get what you want? Find new stuff. No? Did you really want it in the first place? Find a new path to the objective.
Repeat until dead
